Check out the Segway Stockholm tour report
Finally we are eager to publish a short report about our Segway Stockholm trip around the capital of Sweden! This report will certainly inspire you to take part in our following events!
The Knights’ Island
Our starting place and the first destination was so called “the Knights’ Islet” – the island Riddarholmen. Such remarkable places like the National Archive and the old Parliament and a lot of other were visited during our tour. After it we went to the Western part of the island and delighted glorious view from there.
The Royal Residence
Both day and night perfectly suit for attending this place. The experienced tourists say that basically it makes no difference what time you come there, this place is fabulous all the time. Be sure to include this attraction site in your list of a Segway Stockholm tour. You could even turn it into the central part of your tour.
Since 1872 the Royal Opera has been considered a very significant place for Stockholm and whole Sweden. Don’t miss a great opportunity to see such a gorgeous example of Swedish architecture with your own eyes. It is a well-known fact that the Swedish architecture is unlike to the European. If you want to learn something more about the history of Stockholm – don’t miss the Opera building!
Even the military part of Swedish architecture is great. Think we are wrong? Then go and join us and find the answer yourself! Skeppsholmen is a magnificent place great not only from distance but to walk around too. That all is cool and we agree, but we suppose that it is much more interesting to get inside and take a walk around Skeppsholmen museums like, for example, the Museum of Modern Art.
The Royal Game Park
Are you eager to learn about the way the Royal family amused itself? Visit Djurgarden and learn lots of new exciting things! At the present time the park includes both historical buildings like galleries and museums as well as a cool entertainment park Grona Lund. The best solution for family fare will be visiting the greatest open-air museum Skansen!
