This report is about our Segway Stockholm Hammarby tour and the places we have visited! Our short report will certainly inspire you to take part in our following events!
The Knights’ Islet
Riddarholmen islet (the Knights’ islet) was our first attraction to visit. Such significant buildings like the National Archive and the old Parliament and a lot of other were visited during our tour. After it we moved to the Western part and feasted our eyes with glorious view available over there.
The Royal Residence
One could appreciate the splendor of the Stockholm Palace in both night and day. It really doesn’t mean much when exactly you get there – the effect is absolutely the same at any time. This place is a must-see one for any Segway Stockholm Hammarby traveler who is truly fascinated with Sweden.
The Royal Opera has a long and interesting history lasting from 1872. Snatch the opportunity to see this fabulous example of Swedish architecture yourself. People who had already been to some other parts of Europe noted that the Swedish style is absolutely different and that is why attractive. It makes a visit to the Royal Opera a perfect chance to see what exactly tourists adore in the architecture of Sweden.
Even the military side of Swedish architecture is great. Think we are wrong? Then go and join us and find the answer yourself! A lot of tourists often look at the island from far distance, however it is worth going down to it. You will be surrounded with tens of amazing pieces of the local architecture.
The Royal Game Park
Do you want to learn how the Swedish royal family used to have fun? Enjoy the Royal Game Park and see what the Royal family liked to do! We would like to say, that the entertainment park Grona Lund is not the only interesting place there, don’t forget lots of galleries and museums and other historical attractions. Moreover, one can enjoy the exhibition of the open-air museum Skansen!
